After the H!P graduation announcement, I began exploring and re-exploring other J-pop. I started listening to Mai again, but still in a casual way.
The past couple of weeks, I have noticed my fandom for her increase in a huge way. I have listened to her "Delicious Way" album more often, and watched more of her PVs on Youtube. As a result, she has now entered my Top 5 favorite musicians. She is currently #5, behind Taiyo & Ciscomoon, Melon Kinenbi, Osaka Performance Doll, and MAX (in that order). There is a possibility that her rank will switch places with MAX in the near future.
I am planning to buy her second album "Perfect Crime". Also, she is releasing a new single April 1, titled "Puzzle/Revive". "Puzzle" is the theme for an upcoming Detective Conan movie. "Revive" is the current theme for the anime. I am planning to buy that single also.
One of her songs, "Perfect Crime", which is the title track to her second album, has really taken my interest.
She recently released a new album titled "Touch Me". I haven't heard the tracks from that yet (except for her previous single, shown below). I expect it to be as highly enjoyable as her earlier work.

I'm not really much of a James Bond fan, with all the violence and sex in those movies. I did enjoy the one with Jonathan Pryce, "Tomorrow Never Dies".
However, even though I haven't watched much of the other movies, there is one I quite enjoyed. It was the first Bond movie I saw several years ago. It was the 1967 version of Casino Royale.
"Cool it, Charlie."

Coming soon to a bookstore near you:
Follow Charmy as she leads an adventurous life, does the impossible, and still manages to arrive home in time for supper.
Did you know:
- The story of the Loch Ness Monster was originally a fib told by a young Charmy to her parents because she arrived home late one evening for dinner.
- The Boston Tea Party was started by Charmy because she didn't like the way the British made their tea.
- Columbus discovered America because of a bet he made with Charmy.
Read all this and more in Charmy's new book.
Release date: When a certain place freezes over.
So I'm adding another name to my long list of names.
Say hello to Charmy☆Pinku.
Yes, I'm weird. :D
Anyway, since Christmas commercials are appearing on TV, and I'm beginning to see Christmas decorations and lights in people's yards, I can justifiably post Christmas videos.
Here's a song I discovered yesterday:

Oh look! I created a new blog!
I decided to create a new blog just so I could call it Funkytown Boogie Nights. How weird is that? Now why would I want to name a blog by that title? Oh, probably because of a phrase I think is nifty from an old MAX song titled "Seventies". It's currently my favorite MAX song.
So what will I use this blog for? Maybe I'll talk about music, or I'll just write some random silliness. Maybe I'll post my photocard collection as it grows. We'll see.
Oh, in case anyone wonders who this is, it's Charmy☆Risuzu of Renai☆Project.
Love & Peace
P.S. Mwah!
